Breaking News!

A line of astromech expletives best left untranslated comes over the intercom followed by what sounds like an emergency news feed, just after the ship touches down on Uvena Prime. The veiwscreens onboard all start to show a Coruscant News Network. Behind the Reporter people are running and panicking as what appears to be hundreds of the small white droid Mina has been working on are pouring out from a Dreadnaught overhead.

"What you see behind me is the third Dreadnaught to appear on Coruscant in the last few minutes. Currently we are unsure how The Forgotten managed to break through the orbital defense to get the Dreadnaughts in the atmosphere. We are trying to get recorded footage from security satellites to bring you that story later. What we do know is that New Republic Forces are estimating that each of these Dreadnaughts contains thousands of these battle droids. They are urging civilians to stay in their homes and not engage the droids. Analysis of the attack patterns of the first group to make planet indicates that they are only engaging military and security forces, but if threatened by any type of blaster fire or physical resistance they will turn on civilians as well. Once again, we are urging you to stay in your homes or take shelter immediately. Get off the streets and do not engage the droids in any manner."

Freya stops in the middle of her conversation with Eight and listens to the report. Then she shouts out, "What?! Is it just raining shit today???"

"I prefer to consider it as a target rich environment", boasts Tryce as he sees the report.

Then Tryce turns walks away with at an attempt at a pilot swagger and mubbles under his breath, " I've no idea how we are going to survive this"

8 yells at CH-3F across the cargo bay. "Maybe you were right and now is a good time for some combat practice. It looks like we are going to need it."

Artemis just stands and stares despondently at one of the viewscreens in the hall until the broadcast is over. Then, he murmurs in a dazed tone of voice, "What is the plural of 'apocalypse'? Apocalypses? Apocali?"

After sparing with CH-3F 8 finds Mina. "So Mina is designing droids for the Forgotten a new carer for you or is it more of a part time thing."

And Dannel just looks up from the book he was reading in surprise, unsure if he just heard what he thought he just heard.
